BaseJumper's Key Components#

  • Access: BaseJumper empowers each organization to control their genomic information. Researchers can request or be assigned roles that align with their organization's access policies.
  • Build: Researchers can create projects from existing sequencing data, either through BaseSpace or other data endpoints accessible via Globus or sFTP.
  • Compute: The platform allows for the execution of one or multiple bioinformatics pipelines, or even a subset of samples within a project.
  • Display: Each project features a visualization section with multiple application portals to display and manipulate the results generated by the pipeline.
  • Export: BaseJumper allows for the export of data either through direct download of files and graphics or at the project level into a researcher's data endpoint.
